To place a buffet order please contact us to set up an account. You can then order a buffet via the website or ring us direct ob 0161 775 1222. On receipt of your order the booking will be made and confirmation will be returned to
you within 24 hours.
To aid the cost effectiveness of our business it has become necessary for us to apply a minimum order on numbers for each buffet. In most cases this is 4 people unless otherwise other wise agreed.
Late Bookings (received after 5pm the previous day)
We will always try to accommodate late bookings but heavy workloads may have an affect on the time we can deliver the buffet and may be subject to changes to the chosen menu depending on the products available.
When placing an order on the same day as delivery please phone our office as early as possible on 0161 775 1222. We will then advise you of possible delivery times.
A minimum of 24 hours notice is very much appreciated however cancellations can be accepted up until 6.00pm the previous day. Please notify us by phone.
No charge will be made for cancelled orders complying with the above deadline however cancellation received after 6.00pm may have to be charged in full.
If you encounter any problems with an order, no matter how small, please notify our office immediately on receipt of the buffet and we will do everything possible to rectify the situation straight away. All feedback from our customers is acted upon and very much appreciated.
Delivery/ Collection Procedures
To aid the cost effectiveness or our business we operate a ‘drop and go’ delivery service and buffets should be ordered with a delivery time 30 minutes prior to the planned time to eat. This will ensure that your orders are received in time, allowing for any unforeseen delays encountered on the delivery schedule.
The collection of all platters, baskets etc will be undertaken the following day between the hours of 10.00am to 1.00pm. Please ensure that all the equipment including all foil platters and baskets are ready for collection – any missing or damaged items will be charged for at the full replacement cost.
Due to increasing costs from our suppliers and in particular vehicle running costs it has been necessary to apply a small charge of £1.50 for each delivery outside a 5 mile radius of our headquarters.
No delivery charge will be made for morning/afternoon refreshments when a lunch has also been ordered.
